Sacred Space for Embodied Awakening
I offer a variety of workshops in which I teach practices that are key to living the truth of who you are. The body is our greatest ally in being able to live from essence. Yet often we try to ignore, suppress, or override the messages our body is sending assuming they are a distraction. In reality, they are a doorway into fully activating the energetic circuitry in our body that is essential to realizing our fullest potential.
My workshops assist with:
- Experiencing how to work with your breath to be anchored in your body.
- Reframing the way you reference physical discomfort from being something you try to remedy to something you embrace as input to know where energy isn’t flowing freely in your body and how to activate your circuits so it can.
- Releasing any judgments you have regarding your emotions by coming to understand that all emotions have equal value. Even those emotions that cause us stress, discomfort and suffering are opportunities to learn how to be present with them so the underlying treasures can be discovered.
- Clearing interference stored in the aspects of your body that operate at a subconscious level. This interference has accumulated throughout your life in situations in which you felt overwhelmed and created a coping strategy to survive, which no longer serves you.
- Learning what to do when you feel charged by a person or in a situation so that you can respond versus react.
- Understanding that your external life is a mirror of your internal chemistry and learning how to see the development opportunities you create for yourself as well as how to embrace them.
- Training your mind to serve something greater than itself.
